My career started in the Washington, D.C. office of a large multinational law firm where I was a tax attorney representing Fortune 100 companies. I later became a corporate executive for a major education company. I managed teams across the country and was responsible for multimillion-dollar budgets. After 15+ years of so called "success," I realized that it just wasn't fulfilling. I wanted to work for everyday people.

In 2017, I started a home buying business to assist homeowners whose properties had become burdensome. Finally, I found fulfilling work! Soon, I noticed that some homeowners had trouble selling due to legal mistakes from years earlier, often related to poor estate planning. There they were, stuck with a burdensome property because of something they didn't know anything about. Thankfully, as an attorney, I often could help clear up the legal issues. But I wondered "How many other people need the same help?" From that question, I founded Quaye Law Firm in 2019.

The best way to handle legal problems is to prevent them with good planning. If you have children; if you own a home; if you have a retirement account; if you own a business or if you have anything other than a small amount of cash in your pocket, then YOU NEED TO PLAN.
